Uninstalled the Paragon, called apple again, tried again to resolve the issue, no explanation, had to do a factory install of OS from Apple via recovery mode again! Paragon does not have an answer, but obviously they have a glitch. I loaded it again, followed all steps and immediately got the greyed out internet signal with an explanation mark going through it.
